ETHOS

About ETHOS

“I give culture this meaning: exercise of thought, acquisition of general ideas, habit of connecting causes and effects…I believe that it means thinking well, whatever one thinks, and therefore acting well, whatever one does.” Antonio Gramsci

ETHOS is a blog run by five progressive university students generally interested in issues of class, race, politics, and culture in the United States of America. Uniting a diverse set of interests and opinions, ETHOS was created as a forum for debate and discussion of a broad range of topics – from current political analysis, history, and literary criticism to reviews of music, film, and television.

However, ETHOS would be nothing without the opinions of our readers. We encourage you to comment on our posts with your own thoughts.
